During this period we may determine our relationship to our inner voice and intuition, the ways that we will gain and apply new knowledge (especially regarding our health and the health of our children), and our vital role as autonomous decision-makers for ourselves and families.
My life as a young mother was blessed by wise midwives and other care providers who continually returned my power to me and gave me the confidence I needed to take on the always-challenging work of raising a family. As your midwife, I strive to carry on that legacy and support you as you discover and strengthen your own heart’s wisdom!
Prenatal

Hour-long visits allow us to provide excellent prenatal care, get to know each other, thoroughly discuss your options and concerns, and together make a plan for your birth that is just right for you.
Labor & Birth

We are available when you need our guidance and support, from the first “maybe this is it” phone call, to tucking you and your little one into bed at the end of it all.
Postpartum

We provide in-home visits for the first week, regularly checking in on your recovery and baby’s adjustment to life earthside, then additional visits until six weeks postpartum.
